This Sales & Purchase Agreement is between the BUYER and the FACILITATOR where the BUYER agrees to pay the FACILITATOR the amount equal to the CLOSING BID and set out as follows:

PAYMENT CURRENCY = "STEEM/SBD"

CURRENT CLEARED FUNDS = "Amount"

MAXIMUM BID = "Amount"

CURRENCY EXCHANGE = "1 STEEM - $2.19"

EXCHANGE RATE = "$2.19/1.27 = £1.72"

PAYMENT PERIOD = Within 24hrs of EBay Closing bid

CLOSING BID = The Closing Bid will be the EBay Sale Price adjusted by the Exchange Rate set out above.

EXAMPLE

Closing Bid on an Ebay Sale Price of £20.00 will be....

SALE PRICE = £20.00

EXCHANGE = 1.27

STEEM PRICE = $2.19

CALCULATION = 20.00 x 1.27 / 2.19 = 11.60 STEEM

TRANSACTION RECORDED ON THE BLOCKCHAIN

The Sales & Purchase Agreement will be completed and entered onto the STEEM BLOCKCHAIN as a record of the Transaction.
