I like it @smileplease! Great words. Number 7 resonates with the most with me at the moment. No victim thoughts, right? :)
I read one of his books. He recommended excising in short explosive bursts and short rest. Good cardio vascular exercise.

BTW,@smileplease is probably the best profile name. Very cute. lol
