@steemreports, I happen to come to your profile page through one of the blogs by stellabelle. I must say, your site is truly awesome. A bit confusing to me though, I have a better understanding on lot many factors including the time/day trends, and I know now as to when I should post a blog to get better viewership (& perhaps upvotes). Quite useful site. Thank you.

what are the criteria for these votes/flags to happen?
I heard that some people flag others out of spite only. Also, some vote their friends only, whether merits or not! Is this true?
Yes, that's true. There are many different opinions about voting on Steemit.
