I just commented to David Seaman and His 15,405 subscribers on Youtube about Steemit...
Hey Steemit world. Just watched a video with David Seaman. He says that the "Huffington Post", where he was a contributer, revolked his publishing access and deleted two of his articles that were published over the weekend. "Both articles were pulled without any notice of any kind", Seaman explained. They were completely taken off the internet. Both articles, mentioned about Hillary Clintons health. He mentioned a link to a video done by Paul Joseph Watson, which was viewed 3.5 million times, showing the Presidential Candidates health.
This Is why we need a decentralized Social Media Platform like Steemit!!!
Not just to blog about the highest rated post. Or where the "Steem" price Is going? Or, who's getting downvoted or flagged today? If that's what you're concerned about, you're TOTALLY missing the boat! This Is about living In a country that was built on the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. It prohibits any law respecting an establishment of religion. Not to block the free exercise of religion, and the abridging of freedom of speech. And, Infringing upon the freedom of press... (Slightly Paraphrasing)
This Is something you would hear about In a Communist Country! This should make you upset, angry, & force you to wake up! Freedom of speech Is a right. And If you are living In the U.S., you have the right to exercise that freely. I am not a huge David Seaman fan, nor do I agree with everything he says. But, no one, should be censored for their views. Even, If they are opposite of any else's view. Steemit Is more that just a site for monetary rewards. It Is an extention of Freedom of speech for the world. The very thing I am using right now to get my point across.
So...I posted a comment on his Youtube channel. At the time It had 15,405 subscribers, and 185,614 views (at posting time) and growing. Just trying to get the word out there to the rest of the Social Media world. Hopefully let them know that they have a place where they can say what they want to say, and not be censored.

Freedom of Speech and Freedom of The Press. These are things I have overlooked in my view of Steemit this past week. Thanks for the reminder. Both of these cornerstones of the US Constitution can be strengthened by this social experiment we have going on here!
Exactly! & great point. It's easy to take what we have here for granted. Let's not waste our freedoms on childish rhetoric! But use it to move us forward. Thanks for your input fraterralph:)
I'm no fan of the guy but it looks like they have acted in a shoddy way from what you say. I doubt he would come on here though. He's a total ether guy now.
Well, we have to at least "Crack open the door" for the rest of the world. There are a lot of libritarians and anarchast here. As well as writers, painters, dancers, developers, musicians teachers etc...The list Is endeless...We ALL have a place here:) Thanks for your comment-
Absolutely and just because I don't agree with the guy on many things does not mean I'm against him coming on here or that I agree with what the Huffington Post has done. Steemit should be open to everyone.
