Inspired by a new coffee shop in Toronto, we dream to open our very own SteamIt Coffee Spot in Toronto

Last week Friday, on my way to see my family doctor, we came across a new coffee spot in the Art Gallery of Ontario area.

In fact, their grand opening flyer on a lamp post caught our attention. We decided to go check it out.

First of all, we thought their location is perfect, not only close to the art scene in Toronto such as OCAD, AGO and many other galleries nearby, but also close to office buildings on University Avenue. The customer base will be very diverse!

Second of all, we love their interior and layout of their shop. Very clean and chic, and that's the way I like it. The working table was designed very efficiently so that the baristas could serve their clients effectively.

They were giving out free expresso that day, therefore, they attracted a lot of first timers. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try their coffee. We did make a mental note though to return soon, not only to try their coffee, but also to find out the story behind their shop.

After that, my husband and I were talking about the possibility of opening our very own Steemit Coffee Spot in Toronto. We were truly inspired by this new coffee shop and the space. There are so much potential to incorporate blockchain, technology, coffee and education in one stop shop!

We need to keep on dreaming, thinking and exploring ... perhaps that day will come soon, hehe!
