Holy cow! Winter’s come to the Steem City!
Today my family and I went out to the 亀田江南区文化会館 (Kameda Kounan-ku Cultural Hall).
In the video above you can a wonderful local percussion group performing, plus none other than Niigata Steemian @mslight2016st, singing and having fun.
