Your article made me think of the state of Israel. It has very complicated relations with neighbouring states and isnt rich of natural resources. Brainpower and education is where they invested most and it payed out. Might work for Nigeria too?
Education without employment is just frustrating. People need job, means of livelihood and that is what this post is about. Thank you for dropping by.
