How much is STEEMIT.COM actually worth?
I have been following the Fiat price valuation of STEEMIT.COM in comparison to it's competition.
It looks interesting to me.
Of course the site is new the whole concept is new but something doesn't look right to me.
Could those FIAT valuations be right?

FACEBOOK.COM might be a different kind of platform but do not forget that this is the site that steemit wants to attract people from since steemit.com is not a place just for geeks.It wants to attract the public.

Now that is a different story.
4 billions?Yeah,that is a lot.but still,it is the first goal steemit.com should drive to.
It is the platform that is the closest to what steemit has to offer.
Plausible scenario that steemit will surpass that?Time will tell.

I believe the story with steem will be a bit similar to bitcoin - it will keep growing slowly up to the point, when the platform would skyrocket.
The difference here lies in the fact, that now people are far more informed about crypto and blockchain technologies, so in my opinion, the period of slow growth will be much shorter in comparison to bitcoin's.
i bought steem when it was 2.5$ and i am a bit worried since yesterday..
