75,000 Steemit Users!
75,000+ Steemit accounts have been created!
We are 3/4 of the way to 100k users on Steemit, and with the payout being changed back to 24 hours we are starting to see a lot more content coming in and more people upvoting!
Yes the price of STEEM is low right now, but that is obviously due to speculation.
If you look at Bitcoin it was priced under .10 cents in its first 4 months which is about how long STEEM has been on the market. (And STEEM is at $1.01)
So if we compare that to Bitcoin's projections then the price of STEEM would be $10,000 by 2020!
Obviously this is all based on a lot of different factors, but were still at a very early stage on Steemit, and if we hit 1 million or even 10 million I think the price of STEEM could even pass Bitcoin!

Desire is good, but the road is still long.
Looks like we're currently steady at around 1,000 new accounts per day.
So that would mean we reach 100k accounts by 18th September, and probably sooner.

If everyone has a couple accounts the math looks different. One person has on average maybe 5 accounts. That's make it 15000 users. Get real.
Which is why I put "75,000+ Steemit accounts have been created!"
But even still where do you have proof or any kind of reference to everyone having 5 accounts each?
I did run into a user who controlled 7 accounts, he used them to mass flag me. But I think this is the exception rather than the rule. I think it's great to see 75,000 accounts.
Logic. Spam accounts. Upvote accounts. You don't think the whales game the system? What stops them from controlling the top 300 accounts? They upvote themselves. How would you know who that somebody is behind an account?

okay this post is next level sucking steemits dick. Steemit has been declining in user engagement not just that but people only chase curation rewards.
Untill incentive is given to the little guy steemit will remain as it is. In beta.
