What if BOTs have upvoted my post?

Hi everyone,
I am new to Steemit and don't know much about upvoting. What happens when bots upvote a post? Will the money be credited to my account? What if I upvote and follow bots?

    The same thing happens as when someone else upvotes you except bots usually have more steem power and only curate. The steem will be able to be redeemed a week after the upvote. Gave you a follow, please follow me back!
