INTRODUCTION

The world population is growing at an alarming rate, so are our needs too. The technological advancements that has ever undergone and are still undergoing has the main motive of providing a better living conditions for the humans. Introducing, a new Blockchain project DAV Network that aims to revotionize the Autonomous Transportation industry.

WHAT IS DAV NETWORK?

DAV Network is a new Blockchain based startup project that aims to create a Decentralised network for autonomous Vehicles. It's main goal is to enable vehicles to locate, communicate and transact with one another creating a Decentralised Network. DAV creates a Platform which interconnects peoples who are in need to hire a vehicle and owners of vehicle across a common network. It not only focuses on human transportation, but also aims in creating a platform for product shipments. It will help in faster shipping and accurate tracking of goods.

The rise in population across the globe has effected the transportation industry to a great extent. The number of vehicles has increased pretty much in the last decade. This creates a variety of issues including traffic problems. DAV put forwards an idea of sharing economy to meet transportation needs which can provide solution to present existing problems in transportation industry. Higher the number of vehicles, higher is the traffic delays, moreover the pollution caused is also a big concern. Through DAV users will be able to hire vehicles, rather than hiring drivers across the network. Compared to other ridesharing companies like Uber, DAV is fully Decentralised and users have the complete power to control the system. Also DAV being completely open source, has the feature such that other companies can easily incorporated across the DAV ecosystem using its Platform for its operation.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

DAV Network uses Blockchain technology to create an Decentralised Platform which connects customers and service providers. It helps to create an peer to peer transportation ecosystem. The main components of the DAV Platform includes :

Decentralised Identity

It refers to a Decentralised ledger which stores information about each and every entity within the platform. It includes customers, service providers, charging stations, autonomous vehicles etc. These identities are stored securely and and completely anonymous. Moreover these are tamper proof and manipulations are fully avoided. The entities can remain completely anonymous and only their limited data's like transaction history are fully open source. This helps in creating a reputation system within the platform which can avoid from being cheated by scammers.

Decentralised Discovery

It represents an interconnected network that helps to locate the entities within the network. With the availability of already available systems like charging stations, parking etc other companies can easily incorporate with DAV with much lesser cost. Nodes within the network helps in discovering and communication within each entities using a peer to peer protocol. It also helps in using specific features of DAV platform by third parties which may not need access of the whole marketplace.

Decentralised communication

Communication with each entities are very essential for smooth operation of the platform. It includes different forms like state updation, payment notice etc and are processed through smart contracts. These are further subdivided into on - blockchain and off - blockchain communication.

Decentralised Mission Flow

It includes all Operations that takes place inbetween communication and final payment. It includes different stages including making a service request, bidding, signing a contract, tracking etc. Also communication ensuring dynamic status updation can be done which ensures transparency and records every processes.

Decentralised Payments

Once the contract is successfully executed and are verified by both parties, the payment is released through the smart contract. All payments within the network are processed using DAV tokens.

DAV tokens are the currency which are used across the DAV marketplace and it fuels the whole ecosystem. All transactions within the platform is processed using DAV tokens.
