Incel -means "involuntary celibate" refers to members of an online subculture based around the inability to find a romantic or sexual partner despite desiring one. Dudes who can't get laid.
Arrested Development - Halting of emotional, physical or psychological development. An adult who never matured beyond a pre-teen in this case.
Doofus - means a stupid person
