The Spirit of Christmas

Dear Eseemed Steemians, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the most festive season of the year - The Christmas and New Year Season. Right now most business both large and small scale inclidong different industries have taken the rest of this month off and closed for the year giving their employees a break from the rigorous and heavy workload.

Here in Nigeria, this season brought with it loads of surprises ranging from Fuel Scarcity to the Drop in the Price of Bitcoin which is increasing becoming popular among the youths to the change in the Climatic Condition as the whole Nation was surprised when it was once that rain fell in some parts of the country. Even Harmattan which is the referred to as the Winter that has no Visa has been harsh in it's dealing with us.

I would like us to embark on a mental journey to the start of this year. Now take a deep breath, let the memories rush in like a mighty wind. Lets take time to cherish those moments once again. Many of us, I presume made loads of New Year Resolution, I'm not here to ask you how far you have gone in realising this dreams (because honestly I can say that this year didn't go the way I envisioned it) but to charge us up that no matter what you're facing or how far you have gone, take a moment to appreciate this gift of life and spend time with your loved ones this season because after all this labour and hardwork, they are what we have left, they are what truly matters at the ends.

Your Loved Ones are the best asset One could possess, if only you know how to utilize them.

And also no matter how far you are from realizing your goals don't forget that another year is coming that would be filled with new possibilities and opportunities, just make sure to reflect on your past and think on things you believe shouldn't be and also make changes and improvement on yourself.
