I've lost my password, but I'm still logged in
I signed up on my phone, entering my email and cell-phone number, wrote down the password, but must have screwed up as I tried to sign in on another device only to get a message I have the wrong password. I'm still logged in on my phone and can see the keys for posting, active, owner and memo but they don't let me log in again. Can anything be done to recover my account?
Hi Spea, not sure if it's exactly the same on mobile, but if you're still logged in... it appears that if you select your avatar there is a "Change Password" option.
Within "Change Password" I see a link above the "Current Password" field that says "Recover Account"... maybe you could give that a shot?
I have that option, but it asks to enter a recent password which I don't have.
