Hello, lately I have asked myself that question and I still do not get the answer, and with your post I have not clarified it, however I appreciate your intention.
If you ask me what my goal is to find my niche, I'm still lost in this vast sea, but adding something to your post, I would like to know how to change those tokens, which is the best way to invest them.

You can change these tokens using steem engine, for ABY other currency, or un the case of steemit, you can change any token for steem pegged, and then for steem deposited on your steemit wallet.
Is simple and Easy.

Te iba a comentar que revisaras unos recientes post de @bert0, hay una guía sencilla de entender que te puede ayudar a saber cómo vender o comprar tokens en steem-engine, que es donde todos los token llegan y puedes intercambiarlos.
