You can share to FaceBook, Twitter, and LinkedIn... BUT NOT STEEMIT?!

I've [asked about this before](https://steemit.com/steemit/@somethingsea/okay-seriously), and my question remains:

Why can't you reshare from steemit... TO steemit?

Isn't it the bedrock of irony that you can share to FACEBOOK, but not *steemit*?

Like [this article about There Is No Such Thing As A Free Lunch](https://steemit.com/free-society/@kevinwong/there-is-such-a-thing-called-free-lunch)?

^ Why aren't those hyperlinks working like they're supposed to?

    It could be a nice feature, with some sort of split rewards mechanism. I imagine it's in the pipeline.
