Yet, what worries me is @trufflepig's dependency on a single full node. Yesterday it could not publish a top list. Today I had to restart it because during rush hour the chain almost lead not publications through. What's next?
And it is not @trufflepig alone. Once www.steemd.com and https://api.steemit.comgoes down not only @trufflepig stops running, but entire Steemit is on the edge. How come that a decentralized blockchain is so dependent on a single node?
Why are there 20 witnesses but only a handful of them runs a full node?
I noticed it too.
Earlier it was a pain in the ass to do anything on Steem, always disconnecting the account, and no transactions happening.
@ned and the witness really need to get their shit right before focusing on SMTs.
Or we might have a disaster incoming.
