it falls under fair use like a meme or a parody of a song.
so it is considered new art.
I did make it but I did not place every pixel where they are as copy and paste form a bunch of picts was done.
so yeah. its mine, its new, but I did not draw all of it.
Heh, awesome comic, and oh so true! Just goes to show how active the minnows are. Now imagine if Steem Power were distributed more evenly... if every account had on average just a few hundred Steem Power, all those votes would really have an impact!
And how cool would it be to write Steemit posts in the office. I work for a big, heavily regulated financial firm and Steemit is blocked by the company censorship filters. They can't stop me from enjoying Steemit on my iPhone during lunch breaks though.
