Oh it's definitely about abuse of power by people who, probably, in RL feel pretty powerless, because, let's face it, if they felt happy and in control of their offline life, they would be able to laugh with you and would have no need to find any little excuse to flag people. Contrast @Ned, who does have power in RL and was therefore fine with your original post and if he wasn't most likely would have given you a warning and asked you, nicely, to change a tag.
