Self Voting Should It Be Allowed

Before I start let me first point out 2 things,.

1. I have voted for my own post in hope someone might see them.
   2)I believe in Steemit.

But the question is should Voting on you own post be allowed or at least belimited to say 10% to stop whales from taking a bigger slice of a post just because they have the power to do so by simply voting for there own post.

Folloing name is just made up as an exsample.

@selfvoter123 has a steem power of over $400 SBD and post his blog about how the price of crypto is going up and how great it is.
It's a good Blog and gets 100+ upvote it with there avg steem power of 0.5-1 SBD sending the total value of the blog to around 90+ SBD meaing that the people that read the post and voted on it might make a few cents but selfvoter123 drops a 100% upvote on his own blog sending it trending due to the large value of his vote takes over 90% of the cut + the authers cut leaving less than 10 SBD to go around to the legit voters that voted on the blog because they liked it.
meaning the now 100+ people that voted instead of getting maybe 0.010 will now be lucky if they see 0.001 meaning they are 100% garranteed to lose out while self voter123 who already had made a fare cut of the blog that they had posted will now get a larger cut ju8st because they can use selfvoting to exploit the system.
|It wouldn't take much to make this impossible todo just by adding a piece of code that says did person A post this if if yes then no they can't vote if no then this person can vote.

But this leads to multi accounts to bypass this and this is where it gets hard but still possible to fix.
Also my idea on how to fix this will help stop voting bots which I feel shouldn't be allowed fullstop.
If an account is sent any SBD ,STEEM or STEEMPOWER the sending and recivering accounts will not be able to vote on any blog from either account for 14 days this will make there Vote pointless and will end Voting Bots ability to exploit new users.

I could carry on with this blog for hours but whats the point this will be at the bottom of every list with in seconds because the whales would have upvoted there own post and the bots would have buried it.

Vote if you wish for whom ever you wish but remember to vote on real posts and not just because someone has paid for the post to be seen.
