Steem Diary Entry 3 Season 2 - 3/8/2020

Dear Steemit Diary this is entry #3 for the Steemit Diary game Season 2, I have continued to have my alarm set for 7.00 AM as I find this time to be working really well for my schedule, today I got up for 8.40 AM this is because I was so tired from all the previous days of doing long shifts at work.

But I was also off today so thought I would give myself a little more time to sleep, I started by logging into Steemit for doing my online daily online tasks.

I headed down for breakfast but before I got to that I checked on my cat Ryan to see how he was doing.
He still seemed miserable keeping to himself not eating or drinking he was also still very warm with a rather stiff body which is always a really bad sign.

For breakfast I had a cheese pinini, and while I was in the middle of having breakfast Ryan came to sit with me which was a good sign.
I took much longer at having breakfast than I originally intended to because I spent as much time with Ryan as he wanted to be with me in the hopes of making him feel a little better.

Once Ryan settled on another chair and looked like he was about to get ready to for a nice long sleep I continued in a hurry with the rest of the chores that needed doing.

While I didn't have work today I was meeting with a friend for a few hours as they had their younger brother's birthday dinner to attend after.

Once I was done with the chores I was running a little late I changed and headed out, the sky was much more clear compared to yesterday and the sun was out now as this morning it was much cooler making be wonder if I should put on an extra layer, I decided against it and the rest of the day continued to be a very hot one.

I met my friend close to my house as I was already running late, we instead took a small detour and headed towards the park to take their dog for a extra long walk.

As we walked around in the park at one point I saw on the floor what appeared to be a mobile phone, as we got closer it was indeed someones latest Iphone that they must of lost.
The phones battery was completely dead and being in the sun the phone was hot to touch be we took it with us.

We believe that due to the heat the dog was feeling a little disorientated, not by much and so at that point we decided to leave.

Once getting to my friends house we gave the dog lots of water, he was more than fine still showed me he's toy, after some more play we put him in the living room to which he settled and went for a nap I think.

Next we placed the discovered lost phone on charge, after a few minutes charging the phone came on with a message asking anybody who finds the phone to call their mom on the number provided.

My friend called the number and the woman who answered on the phone was ecstatic to have someone find her daughter's phone.
After arranging a place to meet my friend told their dad about what happened and so the dad said he would drive us to return the phone.

My friend returned the phone and than drove me home since it was basically along the way plus they had that birthday to attend.

When I arrived home it was time to make my own dinner and so we made rice with onions, herbs and the rest of the vegan chicken cooked in home made barbecue sauce, it was delicious and might have similar tomorrow.

After dinner I checked on Ryan again and this time he's body felt much cooler but unfortunately still stiff but atleast he doesn't feel strangely hot, I done a couple more chores after and then headed to sleep.
