I think the Hardfork21 did have something to do with the price going down it worried many with it's coming changes. I know some people abandoned ship before the switch over, but still it's not all down to just the Hardfork21 for this lower Steem price.
Oh shit so we better hope they change us back over to Hardfork20 soon?
Well it wouldn't be hardfork20, it would be the rewards curve that would change. And basically we need to keep testing the changes of Hardfork21/22 and it's effect on users as this still may have been the better move.
