Yea it's strange you know, as I thought I had read somewhere that they would like to hear what their customers thought of their experience with them, but I guess not.
Maybe a website or online somewhere?
Actually that's where I looked but no luck.
What a shame because I think you would give them a lesson in customer service.
There was alot I wanted to say but also didn't want to spent too much time on it incase they didn't even bother looking at their customer feedback.
Many places don't so I feel ya. Maybe they took the feedback offline for a reason.
Yeah sometimes the feedback is just for show, haha yeah they might have taken the option out because they were already getting negative reviews.
It feels sometimes like its just for show, from what you said Simon I would be shocked if they didn't already have a ton of bad feedback.
They probably received bad reviews the first few days it was open and so took down the feedback section.
