That's a good one, yes just like a gym, so imagine you go to use the dumbbells and they only got the weights for the one side and not the other.
Was it really that bad, that is horrible service.
Perhaps not as bad as you are imagining but still they didn't always provide the best of what was needed nor did they seem to noticed or understand how to fix problems.
So if you would of asked for the other weight for the dumbbell they wouldn't know how the fix the problem?
Haha love it using the gym example. But basically yes, if I asked for the other weight to complete the dumbbell they would of given me a funny look as if to say "well its already got some weight, why do you need the full thing"
Without doubt that is terrible service Simon.
Before our visit we had plans to go again but after the service we received it put us all off going a second time.
