Really! I don't think my company would do such a thing.
So I have been told before, sounds to me you are with a great company.
You should change to another company Simon if that is how they treat their customers.
I have often been recommended to change provider but honestly I have tried a few now and none are much different from the other, except some offer a better price for a while.
Ok but I wish you to find a solution to your problem good luck sir.
I dont really think there is a solution until they improve the internet connection for the area but thank you.
