Good day Steemian and welcome to today's Steem price update for 30/6/2022.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price's and recent STEEM changes for over 5 years.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.
So without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price for 30/6/2022.

Ending in the month of June and way too quickly we have reached the half way mark to yet another year. It's generally a sad time as the mayhem continues in the streets of the Ukraine with this on-going war, yes it goes on even after 100 + days of blood, a terrible moment in our history as Vladimir's army doesn't stall. They instead strike fear, call treats and cast sadness into the lives of many with this war.. a war that if we are not too careful could just be what spells the beginning of the end. But heck the seedy governments original plan to "Build Back Better" sure is going swell for them it looks, it will be interesting to see how these new residential block areas are built. As for Steem after the fix last time on Steemit.com I was in hope that this would sort out some of the issues with acquiring Steem. A few examples are the wallets working like in the Bittrex case, or the trades that are shut down on crypto swapping websites, there's also the liquidity pools not always providing. I mean seriously I keep seeing Hive working perfectly fine on all these fronts, with Steem on the other hand always being taken off and on, why is this?❓ We need to know what we can do or how to fix this as I feel it's making Steem lose out on buyers. It's frustrating as it also adds more money loss on gas fees when purchasing Steem due to needing to do more trades. On June 3rd the swaps for Steem were working but since then they stopped on June 13th, to make matters worse I noticed trading Steem for Bitcoin or even for TRX on the 16th stopped. On June 21th you can once again trade your Bitcoins for Steem but still not the other way round which is worrying, lets hope something gets done about these trades especially as these are usually the options always available. When trying to buy 600 Steem there was more issues as it took days for it to arrive I had to contact support who said they would send it over when the problem with Steem's liquidity provider is fixed which I think is something to do with Steem itself and not the exchange?❓ If anybody can confirm and explain this in the comments you could win a upvote from me. For the past 2 days Steemit was also acting abit strange but I think this as been explained having to do with it's node being down, there are still some hiccups today. I think it would be useful if the Steemit Team could warn us of such events as this can cause confusion and money loss for both investors and the value of the Steem coin itself.

As for crypto we can see that Steem took a big fall, this is mostly because of the bitcoins downwave from 60k. Sadly this means it also took down with it the value of SBD's which was expected, but honestly I'm still surprised by how long it maintained such a high price. On June 5th SBD's went to $5 and above this obviously wouldn't hold and as now fallen but mostly holding around that important $3 mark. Seeing all that cheap Steem out there for grabs as been catching my attention, it just sucks that many of the buying methods are often down, but I will continue to look at it as another situation for opportunity because I'd say if your looking to get more Steem this might just be the best time we have had in a while to buy cheaper. It will be interesting to see what happens next with BTC as it even fell below the 20k mark, surely the bottom now? The weather in June is much more stabilised compared to the previous month, and while it's staying mostly warm we still get the odd shower at night. On the 2nd it turned very hot which triggered the beginning of my hayfever, it's been abit on and off mostly minor but I guess it could still get a lot worse in the next 2 months. As for today I was in work for the morning shift which I looked forward to as hopefully I would avoid the bulk of the work. But before I even managed to get in nearby was a man on the floor with another guy leaning by him. As I got closer I could see he was on the phone calling for help the man on the floor was placed in the recovery position and was moving he looked like he was in pain. Since this was on the other side of the fence I headed to work first and as the staff open the door I told them there was a man on the floor that I think is in need of assistance from the ambulance crew. One of the supirioris told us to get inside while she investigated. And sure thing she came back moments later to get our first aid box and told us the man was having some kind of stoke. I asked if the ambulance had been called and she told me the man with him had already called the ambulance. It's ridiculous but it took the ambulance nearly 1 hour to get to the scene even the police had been called and where there before the ambulance crew arrived. Anyway they eventually had to take the man to hospital where hopefully he managed to recover from the ordeal. The rest of the morning was initially busier then I wanted but it got quieter later and luckily I was out before most of the work arrived.

Yesterday for the afternoon shift I was lucky also as I got in I saw a colleague and he had a big smile on he's face but didn't explain himself, I assumed it was probably because he knew I had just arrived in on time for having to do most of the work. Before I got settled to work I went over to another desk to get a few things and someone had left a document with some of the details of the days work. I took a quick peak at the document and according to the documents the work had already arrived ages ago. I thought to myself well if it arrived that long ago surely not much could be left, I quickly looked on the system and there was like 1% of the work left to get done. I thought I was seeing things even with both the paperwork and the system I still thought surely not! And that's when my colleague came over and continued to smile and said well as you can see from the paperwork everything is already done. Not sure if that was planed on he's part but for me especially this was something to be smiling about. I just got on with the usual not having to worry about anything else which made it a real treat unlike the previous day when I got in. My colleague said he was glad to be leaving and that I knew why. I actually didn't because he doesn't normally complain, he said because the bigger workload was just about to start.. dam guess I should of known lol. As I looked over the work it seemed like a lot to get done but I remained calm and just got on with it but dam the guy who was helping me later really tackled the work so what I thought was still going to be nearly another 3 hour job was instead turned into like 1 hour. Infact I feel we got through it maybe a little too fast as there was plenty of spare time after which is why I guess this lead the superior to get me to re-check over someone else's work from earlier to make sure it was all done. It seemed a little pointless to go over it again but I did and found nothing incorrect.

When I left work on the day and closer to home I started to notice the traffic was incredibly bad, this was odd for the day and time, further up I noticed a few police officers had blocked the road with their car. The police were trying to divert traffic accordantly but many people were really not having it. Many even almost running over the officer, he even screamed at a guy to please go down this road because he had 2 dead bodies on the road! Yikes, but so many people were still ignoring him which I know police can be a pain but come on people when there as been a serious accident and people are dead listen to the guy. It took me a while to get past these insane roads and admit I was curious to what was actually going on "normally I don't bother" but I don't think I had ever seen the road this bad so I when past my home and continued to a high spot to see if I could see what was causing all this chaos. From what I could see there was a single red car crashed into a wall and there was indeed at least one body bag on the floor from what I could see. While a few people where up there filming and sharing everything I quickly left once I had some understanding of the issue. When off I really needed the day to rest, that was the original plan but me and a friend had not seen each other in a while and I asked him if he was free? I was in hope he would say no lol, but he was free so since it had been a while we definitely wanted to take the opportunity to catch up. I still had to get some things done at home first and left a little later than I wanted but we still ended up having a decent amount of time together, just I had forgotten how far he actually lived lol.
