German supermarket clears its shelves to make point about racism

A German supermarket has made a very public point about racism and diversity by emptying its shelves of foreign products.Shoppers coming into Edeka’s Hamburg store this week found non-German produce replaced with signs reading “our range now knows borders” and “this shelf is pretty boring without diversity”.
