Bitmain merupakan salah satu perusahaan raksasa penambang bitcoin dilaporkan menutup salah satu kantor operasionalnya di Israel.
Dikutip dari kantor berita thesun.co.uk bahwa kantor regional Bitmain, Bitmaintech yang sudah beroperasi selama 2 tahun itu dihentikan, karena dampak oleh kondisi pasar bitcoin yang saat ini sedang mengalami penurunan drastis.
Sebanyak 23 karyawan Bitmain di Israel pun terancam tak memiliki pekerjaan karena dampak tersebut. Dan bulan lalu juga terjadi terhadap steemit yang melepas 70 persen karyawannya
