Why have I lost my delegated Steem Power - approx 145 SP ?
30 minutes ago I logged out and then logged in into my account and afterwards I saw that my initial delegated Steem Power was gone ..... Please help :(

The delagated SP was never yours. It was loaned to you as a new user for temporary voting power until you earned some of your own. Which you now have. :-)

Ok, it makes sense, but I have seen some users here and there with thousands of Steem Power and still having the original delegated SP in their account. I am just interested what is the mechanism, what are the rules for that and it is little bit odd that there is no message or notification when the delegated SP is taken back - it initially feels like there is a bug or smthing.
Good question. The answer to that is beyond my current knowledge. It is probably at individual 'whales' discretion.
