STEEMIT V's Facebook V's Twitter The Evolution!!

Ok STEEMIT has been around now for a couple of months , how and has it actually affected other platforms??

Hmmm dropped a position since about mid April!! I have been on Facebook for years , as many people have, played games, talk to friends and everything else its got. But in the last few years I have used it less and less as you are constantly bombarded with, well basically CRAP and ad's, its turn into a big billboard that's only concern is to make money for them, They give nothing back to the community and I'm seriously lucky to login there once a week.

Dropped a position February, and in May and June jumped up a position each month. I actually only started using Twitter about 12 months ago, I just didn't see the fuss about it. But after a little while actually like the platform, great for news, connecting and the so on. But still is very money and corporate orientated. And limited on the length of your messages and usually need to link it to a blog or site to get your full message across.

Ok since Alexa started to monitor STEEMIT early May, It has risen a Huge 7.78+ million positions in the rankings (OMG). It isnt the first social network to offer incentives for posting, blogging and liking/voting there are a few sites that have tried and a few out there that still do, but there more niche or country/regional orientated.

STEEMIT is the first sit that I have personally used that rewards everyone , whether its a niche subject, news or travel stories, just to mention a few. We have a community of the world here, from the average Joe/Jane to experienced writers, as for login in, I'm never logged out and haven't read so much in my life, I have even started blogging (Ok very new, but actually enjoying it), Some people have made massive amount's of money and I say "MORE POWER TO THEM", they have obviously written something people have found valuable. And all of this is now stored on the blockchain forever!!

And I believe this is the next evolution of social networking and creating a great community, which I feel privileged to be apart of. The people and community are what make this work and working it is. Ok and also #dan and @ned and there minions, that work day and night fixing/developing and keep us all under control. (LOL)

So here we all are, at the start of something AWESOME!! LOVE IT!! NURTURE IT!! EMBRACE IT!!
