Tags subscription and tags block

Already a lot of people are here in Steemit, a lot of articles and topics.
For every person some of topics are more interesting than others , it would be great to be able to subscribe to specific tags and block those that are absolutely not interesting.

I also have a question to the developers – for example I'm doing a post in English and put it in the right section/topic. And then I want to translate it into another language and place in a section of the language. It's okay or I might have a problem? Two identical post, but in different languages ​​– they litter Steemit or allow it to evolve?

And what do you think about it?
