The world is not a perfect place and so is everything in it. Majority of the people does not like structure or discipline at all. People like to keep staying in their comfort-zone. Not all will listen to you but I'm sure there will be a few who will definitely pay heed to what you are saying. So, keep moving on. Good luck!
I agree with your views but I think people who understand the purpose of steemit completely they constantly pay heed to go up and up and work hard. So constant hardwork leads to success
