I think its a great idea. It helps the person know why they were flagged so that maybe on the next post they wont make the same mistake.

That, and makes sure people don't flag for having a different opinion. Also will allow the chance to quickly dialogue with the flagger. Maybe if you send a quick message explaining why you feel the content should not be flagged it can be voted on by other users an have a flag removed.
Like even if you post in the wrong category, if you switch it you should be able to tell the flagger and have them remove it. There isn't an easy way to do this right now.
