yes you can! anyone can! just make a steemit ad with your username, like i use steemit.com/@ackza and i used that as mu steemit link for my reddit ads i paid $12 q a day on reddit to get, reached many thousands of impressions and even got liek a good 50 clicks or so, but yeah look you should buil it they wil come!
Build Youtube Ads, and mak them talk about steemit! use facebook and instagram ads to!
