Hello I want to describe the problem that worries a thousand people from the community.

In the community there is a group of people, owners, co-owners, people who bought a large amount of coins. The number of these people about 50-100 people and they distribute not fair cash between the parties (the voice of addicts, for a vicious way of life, vote for no sensible in the posts, rarely for quality posts)
The man with the group in a single voice can give post $ 100-800. When ordinary members can vote 100-300 and is $ 1-5.
Many high-quality content from ordinary members did not deserve the attention of this group of people. People try to make content for hours and get a dime when the posts with drug addicts and dirt get thousands of dollars.
More like the system is not decentralized.
Solves a group of people close to the administration but who will earn.

But with time, there will be more new Whales at Steemit.
Its always like that, you wont be famous without putting real hard work into steemit !
It's not just hard work but it's also gambling with your hard work which isn't very appealing. I mean creating quality post that might be appreciated? That's risky!
Quality has nothing to do with, otherwise 99% of all content will need to be flushed.
It is quite problematic indeed!
