I have a very limited knowledge on this, but what I think happens is there is only a set amount of money to be delegated to everyone, but as the days go by and more articles are posted, the share gets diluted. Hope this helps :-)
I think that is correct.
I think it has to do with the pool like the other commenter mentioned. I'm still way too new at this to understand. Keep on Steemin on!
