My first two weeks on steemit
Hi there
I am now two weeks on steemit. It has been an interesting experience. I posted something every day, learned a little bit how to use the layout tools. (as you see i have still allot to learn.) And i found out one or two things about the system.
It works, but it has flaws. I am not the most extroverted person on this planet and i hate it to write hollow comments like: "UHHH TAHT'S GREAT!!!" I also simply don't have the time to go gold digging through the new section.
There are some good things in the new feed but also a F**K load of spam and klickbaiti Bullshit.
So i keep invisible to most of the people that could just slightly be interested in my work. An avalanche of post simply baries everything i do. That's absolutely frustrating.
I logged in to chainBB and thought hey that could be a place to use steemit for something useful. Nope the same avalanche of posts baries everything you do. It is like playing the lottery. If you are luckie and you post at just the right time to be seen by some one you maybe get one or two upvotes or even a comment. But most of the time you keep a tiny voice in a hurricane.
So what will i do? I could simply leave. This doesn't cost me anything. I could carrie on an post something new every day. (but that seems to be a waste of time)
No i will still post something one or two times a week or so.
Or maybe i did something wrong. Tell me if i made mistakes. I am not arrogant enough to think that i am perfect.

Ich mag deine Arbeit sehr gerne. Ich hab Spaß an den Videos, weil ich selbst auch gerne bastle und mir bei dir doch ganz gerne Inspiration besorge. Ich glaube du brauchst eine Weile um dir eine Basis an Menschen anzusammeln. Es gibt hier glaube ich keinen Algorythmus der dich pusht, wenn du häufig Videos postet. Wenn du immer mal wieder was hochlädst, wird sich nach und nach ein Gruppe Menschen ansammeln, aber das kostet eben Zeit :)
Ja ist trotzdem frustrierend. Aber ich werd mir hier ebensowenig ein Bein ausreißen wie auf youtube oder sonst wo. Es hat halt einfach keinen Sinn zu versuchen möglichst viel raus zu hauen. Woran am Ende auch eher die Qualität leidet. Mir stößt allerdings echt bitter auf, dass nahezu jeder Post im Abgrund verschwindet. Und besonders wenn ich in die "Neu" ruprik bei Dtube schaue sehe ich halt ne Menge klickbait mist der allerdings zum Teil zu ziehen scheint. Man ist es scheiße prinzipien zu haben....
Ja das kann ich ganz gut nachvollziehen. Auf Youtube ist es das gleiche. Ich glaube als Einzelner wird das echt schwierig. Vielleicht kann es helfen, eine Community aufzubauen, die aus Videoschaffenden besteht und sich gegenseitig unterstützt. Ich hatte immer das Gefühl, je mehr auch kleine gute Kanäle zusammenarbeiten, desto eher baut sich auch ein Gruppe aus Zuschauern auf. Man könnte als mehrere vielleicht genug Gewicht haben.
Aber das kann auch nur eine Falschwahrnemung sein :)
Ich hab bei der "Neu"-Rubrik auch echt Schwierigkeiten gutes Zeug zu finden. Momentan ist es echt mühsam hier den guten Content zu finden.
Ja das schränkt manchmal schon ein. ^^
Aber sie über Bord zu werfen wär für mich halt auch keine Alternative ^^
Es gibt immer zwei Wege mit frustration umzugehen. Aufgeben oder nutzen. Ich bin immer für nutzen.
Keep putting out new stuff as you build it and you will slowly gain a following. It just takes time to get noticed in the avalanche. Also, research your tags, and always use all five if possible. I think the "art" tag should always be your first one given the nature of your posts I have looked at so far. The more popular a tag is, the more people who are looking at things with that tag.

ha yes i feel exactly the same. i had a comment the other day that seemed nice, i clicked on their blog and found someone else had sent them the comment first so they had just copy pasted it!?
try putting in promofree-steem as one of the tags, theres accounts that will resteem your posts for you so you get a bit more exposure. im still learning but that seemed to get me a noticed a bit more and theres lots of others that do the same, good luck
