I wasn’t sure about the mountains in the beginning, I considered to leave them untouched because black works fine too. But I’m glad you appreciate the mountain highlights, it makes the extra work worths it :D.
Wow, love the technique, @scrawly! I've always struggled with painting mountains (that is why I use brushes or not draw mountains at all). But with this tutorial I'm gonna give it a try! ^.^
