Vanilla Sauce was missing to your "Apfelstrudel" to complete it :(
looks pretty nice, but the fryed egg is confusing me a lot, did it fit in? :D
worked perfectly with the mushrooms in the jager sauce! Also there was vanilla ice cream and preserves with the strudel, but by that time the 1L of 9% was working its magic :)
