It's entirely possible to act with a backbone, a set of balls, as well as dignity, under capitalism. Capitalism means the free exchange of goods and services. That's it. It has nothing to say about personal values and codes of conduct.
capitalism includes private ownership of the means of production. That alone has been shown to take force and trickery to keep in place.
