Wondering why.

I saw a lot of good article but didn't got an upvote to those people who have high steem powet. And I saw some simple work get a lot of vote and get a vote to the people who have high steem power. May I know why ? If I have a high steem power. I'm going to upvote the article with sense and full of effort. Open your eyes and mind. Please no hating.
