WHY YOU ARE NOT BENEFITING FROM STEEMIT TILL NOW!

Probably if you are reading this, it means you been contributing to the steemit community and noticed ONLY THE BIG WHALES ARE BENEFITTING FROM YOUR CONTRIBUTION.

Well! Here are some of the things happening on steemit that needs to be balanced.

BIG WHALES AROUND
Most of the time of the time you will need to work extra hard to keep pushing through the tiny space the whales have left. Its often difficult to get attention from the big whales and be noticed, this leads to almost giving up of what i would refer to as small whales.

GETTING UPVOTES
Usually the people that give votes are those you are on the same rank with. BIG WHALES don't usually stress voting for people because they know there posts will be upvoted anyway. They usually don't notice your posts and if there are some who do they are not enough to upvote everyone.

POSTING CONTENT THAT DOES NOT INTEREST PEOPLE
Most steemians don't really know what to post especially if they want to catch the attention of BIG WHALES. They post things that are not catchy and can be easily scrolled past. This hence causes less upvotes and comments.
