Hi @daltono, i am trying to setup the SteemVoter. What value should I put at the Rule Setup ya?

Author of Posts to Vote on : Im sure to maximize the output of the upvote, we need to select the right account... What criteria should I look at for the account selection?

Vote Power Percentage : default 100 (I am thinking of putting this to 80. I read it somewhere, but cant remember which blog)
