What does self esteem really mean and how is yours doing today?

What does Self esteem really mean

If you google search it or chat to friends you might hear things like

having self confidence

feeling self assured

holding yourself in high regard

feeling confident in our abilities

having high levels of self respect …….

While all those are true for me self esteem runs deeper, its connected to feeling worthy and honouring ourselves as the primary decision makers in our lives

its tuning in and asking……….. what is my heart telling me in this situation and responding from there ….
