Clearly stated from research that Relative poverty is a term used on the news to mean people who have less money than those living around them. This term is generally used when talking, for example about "UK child poverty". (Politicians even argue about whether such differences in wealth are a good or bad thing.)

Absolute poverty is different. Some people are much poorer. For them, a whole week's income is less than the amount someone in the UK, on the legal minimum wage, earns in an hour (£5.93).

There was a story of a boy unable to go to school because his parent unable to provide money for soap to wash his uniform . The picture above shows the environment he's living

It is real that poverty is at high proportion in some areas / Africans country but in the midst of this you find out some kind of wastage corrupt people eating up there wealth to benefit only there family.

Now comes steemit a place of creating wealth. It is your understanding that will determine your stand..creation of wealth here is possible if you have good motive of learning and helping others I am sure you will go far and make it.
