Being Curious about Steemit!!! How does this work???

Well my friends, i havent wrote anything in a while but...
i have a question and that is how this plattform works??
is all about the money??

is not very clear but i think you can do your best with or without the money, whoever
what i like about here is that i can be FREE, from attachments and from spammy people...

so if you want to know, as much as i do, how this works... let me know!
maybe we can do somekind of easy tutorial and give this platform a big impulse...
