The major reason behind this Facebook never reward its user directly and people leave face book and join steemit rapidly.
Why people leave Facebook
People make content as a picture video and article but facebook not give any reward on it. But facebook earn too much from other people activities on Facebook . They give promotion services by charging some amount and promote their page and product through pages and groups . Here on Facebook huge traffic lot of business get traffic from it but not direct reward from Facebook .
Why people join steemit
Steemit is great blackchain plate form which directly give reward to that person who make any content on steemit in form of article picture video etc. Video content is not directly upload steemit website but you can use different DApps and share your any from of content with steemit blockchain .

Its doesn't matter what skills you have your just need to select your favorite catagory and make quailty content on it and choose your suitable DApps and its automatically post through steemit.

I agree with you I am happy being one of the Stemians, but until now I am still be with Facebook. The problem is in Steemit I still have to dig my skill capacity of writing to write a good content. I love steemit even though I am still being nobody....lol. I apologive for my so so English.
