DTUBE Upload Film Summary
I wanted to add my thoughts on the Isaac Kappy and Sara Ruth Ashcraft claims. I am trying to inform everyone about their claims without taking a side on this matter because I don't know either way. There seems to be some claims that have more validity to them than others. I also think we should treat them separately despite the connections because one is a victim supposedly and the other is just a witness.

I would hope Isaac Kappy has already reported any evidence he knows to the authorities because they are the ones who should if they have enough probable cause be able to get a search warrant to find hard evidence. So if that has already happened, then all we can do is say Isaac is making these claims and try to raise awareness of the claims without stating that it is 100% proof of anything. I don't know if Seth Green is guilty or not, all I have is some strange social media content by Clare and him and the claims of Isaac.

As for Sara Ruth Ashcraft she is a victim so her claims are about what happened specifically to her. She seems to have some circumstantial evidence that supports her claims. However once again I don't know and I can't confirm the claims.

The door is open to either of them to come onto my channel and tell my audience their claims, I have supported them by letting people know about their claims and allowing the audience to decide what they believe for themselves. I am not sure either way in these cases.

I do believe supporting the idea of a # campaign like #SurvivorStories which could be powerful and help other victims come out and get their abuse off their chest and tell their stories. We should support these victims who do come out, and also keep in mind it is very difficult for them to do so, they are often attacked because sexual crimes generally lack "hard evidence" other than witness testimony and medical reports if one was done at the time of the crime. The only other thing is financial transactions that could prove payment was made for these crimes. So often all you have is witness testimony which leads to probable cause to request a search warrant.

So in conclusion keep doing the research, be aware of the claims, and keep an open mind until we have hard evidence of the claims being made.
