The steemit meet up

What an evening!
Today the 7th of April 2018 we happened to hold a meeting as a core steemit team hailing from Uganda
Through this great meeting we happen to discuss a lot concerning steemit and we majorly talked about our desire to promote steemit in our country, Uganda as a media platform of great impact among other things.

Among other things we talked about the great impact steemit has had on the Ugandan community.
for example in away steemit has employed some of its users hence them being full time steemians.
Steemit has also improved the people’s author skills. research skills are another thing steemit has gotten to enhance among the steemit users.

social culture is one aspect known about Africans, Uganda in particular. Steemit has enlarged our social circles, for example we have been able to connect, exchange ideas and associate with different people from other parts of Uganda, Africa and the whole world at large...
For example we have seen some of our own that is @yohan2on and @jaraumoses meet and associate with @achimmertens a great steemian from German.

Through the new connections that we have made through steemit, we have learnt a lot about different aspect from each other. Thanks to steemit.
Well steemit has been able to bring us together as sisters and brothers.for example basing on a personal level now, it’s been through steemit that I met and socialized with @yohan2on, @jaraumoses, @jona12 to mention but a few.

About the need to promote steemit. It’s true that we already started spreading the news about steemit, and today we further urged each other and we were able to take it upon ourselves to do this as a great steemit community who appreciate the platform and sought to spread it around the entire Ugandan country. We have decided to start with the nearest of universities around us as well as the central region, other members of this Ugandan steemit community will be headed to the west and other parts of the country like earlier said to help spread the steemit gospel. We are doing this great work for the love of steemit.
We are a great steemit community that so much loves and enjoys the steemit platform and our joy is to see steemit earn more members who can hopefully find it amazing like most of us have.
