Tips on how to build a following on steemit
We all want to have a lot of people reading and following our blogs. It’s everyone’s wish to have real followers and be popular on this platform. Here are my four short and precise tips that l hope will be of help to us
- Be consistent on posting
- Make sure you post at least one post a day. People need consistence. They to read and hear from you everyday. It requires effort but it’s worthy it at the end. No-one wants to follow someone who post after a week or so people tend to forget.
- Engage with your followers
- Replying to people’s comments is another way of engaging with your followers. When you post something make sure you reply to comments made by your followers in that way you create a relationship with your followers. Be someone who is there for your followers.
- Write good content
- Write on something you enjoy doing. Don’t write for money but write because you enjoy doing so and by so doing you will enjoy being here. Do a thorough research before posting, spend time on your post to produce good quality information. Don’t post for the sake of you want to post or it’s been long.
- Steem-voting bots
- They help in making your post visible. If you promote your post using voting bots you might end up on the trending or hot section tag which will bring a lot of followers since a lot of people visit those sections.
